I don't think there is any harm in telling the nanny if u have nanny cams because they coul feel very violated even if they are doing all the right things. If you do tell them they will be on thier best behavior so what harm can come of it. Nanny cams in the bathroom is a hug no no! That's a giant lawsuit for you! If your that paranoid just tell the nanny there's no need to give the kids a bath. But if the nanny changes in there and you have it on tape your the pervert!
